Brightwood Ranch is Christian camp providing a summer camp experience for underprivileged children and youth of Edmonton and surrounding areas. Summer positions are paid and include: 4 month positions: program director, head wrangler, training team leader: 2 month positions July and August: counselors, nurse, assistant cook, maintenance assistant, assistant wrangler and secretary (May and June). The camp owns 220 acres in rolling hills located one hour west of Edmonton. We operate programs for youth ages 8-17 through 6 day resident and outtripping camps (canoe trips and horseback trips to the mountains). Camp Activities include: horseback riding, archery, skateboarding, climbing wall. Riflery, drama, crafts, petting zoo, wilderness skills, bible studies, chapels, games and much more.
Pay Rate1,250 per month plus room and board and maybe the ability to raise extra funds

Term of AppointmentSome positions are may 1, 2006 - August 18th, 2006
some are June 3, 2006 to August 18th, 2006
All can stay one more week at the summer
